We offer free standard shipping within Australia for all orders over $150.

For orders under $150, regular shipping rates apply at checkout.

All in-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days so you can start organising sooner!

Delivery times average 3–6 business days (and up to 10 business days for some regional areas).

Please note that during sale periods or the Christmas season, shipping times may be longer. For the latest updates on delivery timeframes, check the Australia Post website

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

You can follow your parcel’s journey using the link or by visiting the Australia Post tracking page.

Most orders require a signature upon delivery.

If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

Please note: Siisti cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by Australia Post.

Yes - we offer Express Post for all Australian orders.

Simply select Express Shipping at checkout.

All international orders are also sent via Australia Post Express Parcel Service.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Siisti purchase.

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned at the buyer’s expense

Items not eligible for return

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Chalk marker pens
  • Sale or discounted items (including promo codes)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged (unless due to our error)
  • International shipping fees

Please email us at info@siisti.com.au before sending your return.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Contact details
  • Order number
  • Item name or SKU being returned

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether a refund can be processed.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@siisti.com.au with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it quickly.
