Christmas order cut-offs 2020
To arrive in time for Christmas, orders must be placed by:
Domestic / Australia only orders:
- standard delivery - midnight Wednesday 9 December
- express delivery - midnight Wednesday 16 December
- United Kingdom/Ireland - midnight 20 November
- New Zealand, China and rest of Asia - midnight Sunday 29 November.
All custom and personalised items must be be ordered by midnight 31 October.
Shipping and handling
We offer free shipping with Australia Post for orders within Australia valued over $50. Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $7.95.
We will dispatch all in stock items within 2 business days to ensure you get your planners ASAP. Delivery times take on average 3-6 business days, and up to 10 business days to some regional areas.
Australia Post does its best to deliver your order within these timeframes however, these cannot be guaranteed. During sale events and Christmas season additional delays may be experienced.
Australia Post continues to experience delivery delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please check Australia Post's website auspost.com.au for the most up-to-date information on delivery timeframes.
Unless your order is sent as regular post, your signature is needed to sign for delivery. If no one is home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left with instructions on where to collect your order from. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
Can I track my order?
Of course! When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link from us via email. You can also track your order on the Australia Post website here. You may be sent updates about your delivery via Australia Post.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. For domestic orders (sending within Australia) please select Express Shipping at checkout.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post's express parcel service.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the following countries:
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- Hong Kong
Select your home country at checkout. All international orders are sent via Australia Post's express parcel service. Please note you are responsible for payment of any taxes or duties that apply in your home country.
