Shipping

We offer free shipping with Australia Post for orders within Australia valued over $65. Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $9.95.

We will dispatch all in stock items within 2 business days to ensure you get your planners ASAP. Delivery times take on average 3-6 business days, and up to 10 business days to some regional areas.

Australia Post does its best to deliver your order within these timeframes however, these cannot be guaranteed. During sale events and the Christmas season additional delays may be experienced.

When your order is despatched you will receive a tracking link from us via email. You can also track your order on the Australia Post website here. You may be sent updates about your delivery via Australia Post.

Unless your order is sent as regular post, your signature is needed to sign for delivery. If no one is home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left with instructions on where to collect your order from. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.

Yes. For domestic orders (sending within Australia) please select Express Shipping at checkout.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post's express parcel service.

Please note we may not be be able to ship to some of our usual destinations due to limited flight capacity as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Order with items on pre-order will be shipped immediately once all items in the order are ready to go. If you need an in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.

From time to time we launch new items in our store and offer them on pre-order. Orders containing these items will be shipped from the date/s specified in the product description.

Returns

We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their new wall planners. Change of mind returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

We do not offer refunds on returns for the following items:
▹ any item not in its original condition, where it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
▹ any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
▹ personalised or customised items (items made to order).
▹ gifts cards and chalk marker pens.
▹ sale and discounted items (including promotional codes).
▹ additional shipping fees for international orders.

To complete your return, please email us at info@siisti.com.au to advise you will be returning your purchase. Please include the following information to help us process your return faster: your name, contact information, order number, and the item SKU or description of what you are returning.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and whether a refund can be processed. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processe email us at info@siisti.com.au  to advise you will be returning an item/s from your purchase and include the following information to help us process your return faster:

contact information, order number, and the item SKU or description of what you are returning.

We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange an item for these reasons, please send us an email at info@siisti.com.au.
